The location is solid, with a 15-minute walk to central Newcastle. Our double room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities, including a tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was simple with cereal, fruit, and chocolate croissants. Friendly staff throughout. Parking was ample and convenient, making it easy to get around.

The upgraded room had Netflix and BBC iPlayer, which was a great feature. I loved the clean room and comfy bed.
